uadv.net describes our marketing services and lets you get in touch. Nothing is sold or paid for through it. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement or varies it.
You may read it, share links to it, and contact us. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, break into parts of it that are not public, submit anything unlawful or deliberately false through our forms, or copy our content and pass it off as your own.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or oblige us to take your project. It starts a conversation.
Do not send confidential information through the contact form. Until we have a signed agreement, treat anything you send as unprotected. If you need confidentiality first, say so and we will put an NDA in place.
Everything on the site, including text, design, graphics, case studies and the UADV name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts, or use our work in your own marketing materials, without written permission.
Client names, logos and results shown on the site belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Do not reuse them.
Case studies and figures describe what happened for a specific client, in their market, at that time. They are not a prediction of what will happen for you, and nothing on the site is a guarantee of any particular result, ranking, revenue or return.
We link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, UADV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If your use of the site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, and both sides agree those courts have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
