This policy covers uadv.net. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can tell us to stop.

When you fill in a form. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message field. Our contact form asks for a phone number so we can call you back about your enquiry.
When you buy from us. When you buy a book, course or call, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, billing address, shipping address if something ships, and your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the order details so we can ship your order, give you course access, and email you about your purchase.
When you just visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you arrived, and how long you stay.
Company identification. If you allow advertising cookies, we use Leadfeeder to match your IP address to the company network you browse from, so we can see which businesses visit our site. It identifies organisations, not individual people.
We group cookies into the three categories shown in the banner on your first visit.
Essential. Makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice. Runs without consent.
Analytics. Tells us how the site is used. Only with your consent.
Advertising. Measures our ads and shows you relevant ones. Only with your consent.
The services behind them: Google Tag Manager (essential), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Leadfeeder (advertising).
When you complete a purchase, and you have not opted out of advertising, we tell Meta that a purchase happened. We send the order value and product along with your email, name, phone number and city, state, ZIP and country, each scrambled (hashed) before it leaves our systems, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad you saw. We send this from our servers, through Stape and Zapier, as well as from your browser. If you have opted out, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not send it.
The Your Privacy Choices link in our footer reopens the panel at any time. Turning something off stops it from that moment and removes our advertising cookies from your browser; it does not delete what was collected before.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, nothing but essential cookies runs until you accept. Everywhere else, analytics and advertising run unless you opt out.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction not to share your information for advertising, and we apply it automatically before showing you anything. This overrides any earlier choice you made in our banner. You do not need to do anything else.
We send text message reminders and, if you agree, marketing texts. We only text you with your consent, which we ask for separately when you give us your number. We will not text numbers collected before we started asking.
We never sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Full details are in our SMS Policy at uadv.net/sms-policy.
The services above receive the data described. We do not sell your information for money.
We do share information with Google and Meta for advertising purposes, and with Leadfeeder to identify visiting companies. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can stop it. Rejecting advertising in our banner, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, does exactly that.
We also share with service providers who process information for us: Webflow (hosts the site), Stripe (payments), ActiveCampaign (email), Google Workspace (order records), Skool (course access), Zapier and Stape (move data between these services), and anyone we are legally required to give it to.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what we have collected, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Use the Your Privacy Choices link to reject advertising, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email us. Any of the three works.

We answer within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so we do not hand your information to someone else.
Enquiries for three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Purchase records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Analytics data for 14 months. Advertising identifiers for up to two years.
This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email the address above and we will delete it.
When we change this policy we change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make it obvious rather than quietly updating the page.
