Doc.com wanted to connect on a deeper level with their consumers. Besides that, another challenge was to overcome the objections and biases related to free products, telemedicine, and cryptocurrency.

THE SOLUTION

Building out a Digital Marketing strategy that properly informed them on how to use the platform for their benefits and needs. We implemented a Guerilla Marketing campaign to educate those in low-income communities with little or no access to healthcare. By nurturing certain niche demographics, we were able to flip the narrative and convert more app downloads.
